FOUNDER AND COACH
Isa has 30 years of corporate leadership development experience. She started her career working for large multinational organisations before setting up her own company in 2018 in the UK. Born in the Philippines, she has lived and worked in England, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Bahrain, running leadership programmes worldwide and forging an international career.
Recently, Isa has been focused on coaching across difference; she is the founder of (WOW) Women of the World Coaching and coaches “minority” executives, men and women, across a diversity of sectors, in Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Education, Construction and Mining to name a few – all over the world. She consults in leadership, culture development, diversity, inclusion and equity strategies.
She is an ICF-accredited coach (PCC) and an Associate Faculty of the Teleos Leadership Institute in Philadelphia and leads an ICF accreditation programme, Coaching Essentials International. She divides her time between England, Bahrain and the Philippines and is happily married with two adult children.
