Claire Dreyer: Living consciously

Claire Dreyer is a woman who lives consciously, with intention, clarity, and purpose. Her journey has taken her across industries, countries and challenges, but at every turn she has chosen to grow, evolve, and lift others as she rises.

After two decades in corporate leadership, including a decade with the iconic CHANEL, Claire built a reputation for strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to bring out the best in her team. She led across the UK, Ireland, India, and the Middle East, driving high-performance standards in fast-paced environments while always fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Claire is now channeling her expertise into helping ambitious women build strength, mentally, emotionally, and physically, through her SHE FIT Mental Strength Solution.

Claire’s journey hasn’t been linear. It took a life-changing health crisis, bedridden for weeks and unable to walk unaided, for the usually fit, high-performing Claire to hit pause and reassess. Diagnosed with a 16cm pelvic cyst related to long-term endometriosis and borderline ovarian cancer, she endured multiple surgeries and physiotherapy. That season of pain and recovery became her pivot point.

I thought I was strong, until I found myself with a walking stick. It shook me to my core. But I knew I had to rise again.

Before the pivot, Claire had already carved out an impressive career. Her first decade was in banking, advising personal and business clients, especially start-ups. She then ran her own florist and gift boutique for four years, merging creativity and business savvy. That love for uplifting environments led her to visual merchandising, eventually shaping luxury retail experiences for Debenhams and later CHANEL. If you’ve admired a Chanel boutique in a UK airport or across the Middle East and India, there’s a good chance Claire had a hand in its creation.

In 2022 she was encouraged to apply for a pinnacle role, Visual Merchandising Manager for Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry, based in Dubai. After five interviews she won it. But just before the move, pain struck. In September 2022 she underwent surgery, and her recovery was brutal. When she finally made it to Dubai, she found a specialist who offered not only expert care but empathy. That same empathy now fuels her coaching.

Claire thrived in Dubai’s dynamic, multicultural environment, leading a team of 20 from countries including Italy, Lebanon, Greece, France, Russia, Nepal and the Philippines. “How do I adapt to different thinking styles? How do I connect across cultures?” Her approach: lead from the heart, listen deeply, and never judge. Her VM team achieved global recognition again and again, but her true legacy was in the people she mentored.

Introduced to the Women of the World programme through a friendship forged at CHANEL, Claire found a soul-aligned community. Coaching had helped her through a traumatic marriage breakdown years earlier; now she was ready to pay it forward. In October 2024 she launched her coaching business, focused on supporting ambitious women who feel stuck in a cycle of “just getting by.” Her 12-week signature programme combines mindset shifts, physical training and personalised nutrition.

A certified personal trainer who lifts heavy, 120kg squats, 110kg deadlifts, Claire knows the link between physical wellbeing and emotional empowerment. She also shares wisdom weekly on her podcast, She Set Fire To Doubt, tackling themes like: are you fulfilled or just getting by? Are you nurturing connections or simply going through the motions?

When you can’t control what’s happening, challenge yourself to control how you respond. That’s your power.

Today, Claire is doing what she was always meant to do, guiding women to own their story, elevate their mindset, and lead lives that feel strong, aligned, and unapologetically theirs.
