Isa Buencamino Agbayani founded WOW in 2020, a professional expatriate with thirty plus years of leadership development behind her, and a refusal to let the question keep going unasked: what becomes possible when you are brave enough to own your truth?
She has built her career across continents — Philippines, England, the Netherlands, Belgium, Bahrain. Decades inside large multinationals, then her own consultancy, then WOW. She coaches across difference: women and minority executives in Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Education, Construction, Mining, wherever leadership rooms have been built for one shape of person.
She is an ICF-accredited coach at PCC level, an Associate Faculty of the Teleos Leadership Institute in Philadelphia, and leads Coaching Essentials International, an ICF accreditation programme. She divides her time between England, Bahrain and the Philippines.
WOW began when she noticed the same thing wherever she worked: the most capable women in the room were sometimes the quietest. So she built the room differently.
The day-to-day of WOW is held by Isa and Ana Marques together. Ana is WOW's Chief Operating Officer and Programme Co-Director of AmplifyHER, WOW's international leadership programme for the next generation of women leaders around the world. With a background spanning financial services, consulting and entrepreneurship, she now advocates for women's financial literacy, who so often carry the financial weight of their families while leaving little for themselves. She speaks on sustainable leadership and women's empowerment across multiple channels.
Isa opens the door; Ana makes sure the room is ready. One holds the question, the other holds the floor. It isn't a hierarchy, it's a partnership. The coaching wouldn't land if the operations weren't quietly perfect, and the operations wouldn't matter without the conversations they make possible.
